How do I get an account?

Square & Compass is invitation only. An administrator of your organization sends you an invitation by email. Follow its link to create your password, then sign in to the app with your email and that password.

I forgot my password

Ask an administrator of your organization for help, or write to us.

I’m not getting notifications

Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone’s Settings, then open the app’s notification settings and make sure the kinds you want are turned on.

How do I join the beta?

Beta testers receive an email invitation to TestFlight. Install Apple’s TestFlight app, open the invitation on your iPhone and tap “View in TestFlight”. You can send feedback from TestFlight by taking a screenshot in the app.

How do I delete my account?

Email contact@squarecompass.dev from the address on your account and we will delete it and its personal data. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your content.
